What You’ll Do • Open and lead daily operations at WINNER & Park, ensuring smooth setup and readiness before service begins., • Work across both FOH and BOH tasks — pull espresso, steam milk, restock, run food from kitchen to guests, and maintain clean, organized workspaces., • Train and mentor barista staff, reinforcing consistency, proper technique, and hospitality standards., • Manage coffee quality control — dialing in espresso, calibrating grinders, and ensuring recipes are followed., • Run the POS and counter, assist with bagging orders, and keep the flow of service efficient during peak hours., • Support inventory and ordering, communicating with management to ensure all coffee, tea and supply needs are met., • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas of service.
