As the Space, Resources, and People Manager, you will oversee office operations, HR functions, and workplace experience to ensure efficiency, engagement, and excellence across the board. Key Responsibilities: Office Operations and Space Management: • Supervise day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems., • Oversee facilities management by ensuring office equipment, supplies inventory, and vendor coordination are seamless., • Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities vendors, maintenance, and emergency procedures., • Plan and execute company events, conferences, employee engagement activities, and special initiatives., • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and compliant packages., • Address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote positive employee relations., • Implement performance management processes, conduct reviews, and support employee growth., • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including maintaining records and conducting training., • Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and analyze HR data to support strategic planning., • Support onboarding, offboarding, internal transitions, and employee lifecycle logistics., • Serve as a liaison between employees and leadership to improve communication and workplace satisfaction., • Collaborate with leadership to implement internal communication plans that reinforce company values and increase employee engagement., • Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead teams across administrative, recruitment, and HR functions while fostering a culture of encouragement and teamwork., • Organizational Expertise: Skilled at managing multiple priorities and maintaining operational efficiency in a dynamic environment., • Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated capability to resolve challenges proactively and align processes with organizational goals., • Communication Proficiency: Strong written and verbal skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external vendors., • Technical Skills: Familiarity with office software, applicant tracking systems, HR analytics tools, and budget management platforms., • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, with proven experience in office management, recruitment, and HR leadership roles., • PEO Process Experience, • Expertise in employer branding, talent pipeline creation, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture., • Knowledge of compliance requirements, training programs, and employee relations strategies., • Experience in event planning, budget development, and facilities management., • Exhibit a consistently positive attitude, contributing to a supportive and inspiring work environment., • Demonstrate initiative as a self-starter, capable of independently driving tasks to completion., • Take ownership of responsibilities and deliver results with accountability., • Maintain a high level of organization to effectively manage priorities and deadlines., • Display a proactive approach, anticipating challenges and acting decisively., • Foster a team-oriented mindset, excelling in collaboration and building strong interpersonal connections., • Communicate effectively with clarity, openness, and adaptability across all levels of the organization., • Show a steadfast commitment to excellence in all tasks and deliverables., • Thrive under pressure, showcasing resilience and adaptability to navigate and overcome challenges., • Utilize strong problem-solving skills, devising innovative solutions to complex issues., • Display decisiveness, confidence, and assertiveness, making well-informed choices and driving initiatives forward.Company DescriptionTEAM Concepts is a leader in the Staffing industry with 30 years of outstanding performance and integrity within our community.
