Job DescriptionSalary: Job Title: Content Team Manager Department: Global Operations Content Division Reports to: Director of Global Operations and the COO Type of Work: Full-Time | Remote Schedule: MondayFriday I. Job Overview The Content Team Manager leads RSF Agencys Content Division and is responsible for the strategic direction, operational execution, and team development of all content-related functions. This includes overseeing copy (captioning and scripting), graphics, and vault management to ensure brand consistency, creative excellence, and timely content delivery across all client pages. As the current working team leader, the Content Team Manager will also directly supervise daily output while driving forward systems building, performance reviews, and cross-department collaboration with Leads, QA, Client Relations, Promo, and Sales Ops. This role does not interface with clients but is a key strategic contributor to internal operations and sales-driving initiatives. II. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Management • Directly supervise the Caption Lead, Graphics Designer(s), Content Coordinator(s), and future content hires., • Own performance management: conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching conversations., • Coordinate with HR on hiring, probation evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions., • Foster a high-performance, creative, and collaborative team culture with accountability and structure., • Lead weekly content team meetings and ensure alignment on deadlines, page launches, and content goals. 2. Content Strategy & Creative Direction • Translate model-specific goals into tailored creative strategies across captions, visuals, and scripting., • Approve weekly captioning calendars, promotional captions, livestream promo bundles, and page scripts., • Oversee vault setup and organization in collaboration with the Content Coordinator and QA teams., • Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual storytelling, and compliance with platform guidelines., • Monitor content trends, sales behavior, and social media engagement to inform strategy. 3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration • Work with the Leads and Promo teams to time content delivery with ad campaigns and promos., • Sync with the QA team for compliance reviews, vault checks, and quality flags., • Coordinate with the Client Relations and Sales Ops team for launch plans., • Participate in strategy meetings with the Director of Global Operations, COO, and department heads. 4. Process Optimization & System Building • Refine SOPs for caption development, graphic turnaround, script deployment, and vault tagging., • Ensure the team uses tools like Asana/ClickUp up and Google Drive efficiently for task tracking and collaboration., • Build escalation protocols for delayed tasks, content misalignment, or platform compliance issues., • Lead innovation efforts such as AI tools, captioning templates, and design automations to improve output speed and consistency. 5. Quality Control & Reporting • Review and sign off on final deliverables to ensure brand, tone, and platform alignment., • Track KPIs across caption performance, graphic turnaround time, and vault readiness., • Identify performance trends and address issues in quality, tone, or content alignment proactively., • Submit weekly performance updates and operational reports to the Director of Global Operations and the COO. Operational Efficiency • 95%+ on-time delivery rate for captions, graphics, and vault requests., • SOPs are up-to-date and actively followed across the content team., • Low rework/revision rate on submitted assets (target <10%). Team Leadership • Clear ownership of team performance, growth, and structure., • High team engagement and retention rates., • Documented performance reviews and regular developmental feedback cycles. Creative & Strategic Execution • Scripts and content calendars drive conversions and align with model branding., • Captions and graphics reflect brand tone, promote top-selling content, and support promo campaigns., • Visual assets and scripts regularly contribute to sales pushes, vault upgrades, and PPV bundles. Cross-Team Impact • Positive feedback from Leads, Promo, QA, and Sales Ops on collaboration and execution., • Seamless integration of content into larger operational plans (e.g., boosts, price testing, promo timing)., • 5+ years of team leadership experience in content, marketing, or digital media, • Strong creative instincts and storytelling ability, especially in copy and branding, • Proficiency with Google Suite, Notion, Asana, Canva/Photoshop, and vault system, • Excellent communication, feedback, and documentation skills
