Your Role: * Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments. * Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA. * Collect and record data during each session to track client progress. * Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements. * Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development. What You Bring: * Active RBT certification through the BACB. * A high school diploma or equivalent. * Commitment to supporting the needs of clients in a compassionate and professional manner. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.
