We're looking for a handson lowvoltage technician who wants to grow into the wireless infrastructure side of the industry. As a DAS Installer, you'll work on inbuilding wireless systems that improve cellular coverage for major carriers. If you've run Cat6, fiber, coax, or done rack builds, this role builds directly on those skills-just with RF equipment instead of switches and patch panels. North Carolina Pain Management is a part of The North Carolina Neuroscience and Spine Center and the Department of Medicine at UNC Health Rex. The North Carolina Neuroscience & Spine Center provides specialized care for individuals with spine-related conditions and back pain, tailoring treatment solutions to suit each patient's unique needs. Our pain management physicians work as integral members of our multidisciplinary spine care team, utilizing interventional procedures and conservative treatments to address chronic back pain, radiculopathy, spinal stenosis, and other spine-related pain conditions. While our primary focus is spine and back pain management, our pain physicians also treat a full spectrum of pain-related conditions affecting other body regions. North Carolina Pain Management is a part of The North Carolina Neuroscience and Spine Center and the Department of Medicine at UNC Health Rex. ___ The North Carolina Neuroscience & Spine Center provides specialized care for individuals with spine-related conditions and back pain, tailoring treatment solutions to suit each patient's unique needs. Our pain management physicians work as integral members of our multidisciplinary spine care team, utilizing interventional procedures and conservative treatments to address chronic back pain, radiculopathy, spinal stenosis, and other spine-related pain conditions. While our primary focus is spine and back pain management, our pain physicians also treat a full spectrum of pain-related conditions affecting other body regions. We are committed to exploring all available treatment modalities, collaborating closely with neurosurgeons, physical therapists, and other specialists to devise comprehensive, patient-centered care strategies that deliver optimal outcomes and improve quality of life. The position is mostly outpatient but does have some inpatient consults. Inpatient consults average around 5-7 per week. Works with Radiologists and other providers to identify patient needs to complete exam or discuss alternative exam. 4) Performs CTA perfusion, Code IA/Stroke/Bat, Red Trauma Series, Yellow Trauma Series, ROSC, and Portable CT procedures, as defined by the procedure and/or physician. Demonstrates ability to train CT Tech I team members on these and other high-risk exams/procedures. 5) Recognizes diagnostic characteristics of normal and abnormal scans, anatomy, and questionable findings, alerting Radiologist for escalation of and/or additional care. 6) Demonstrates ability to manipulate parameters for CT Gated Watchman and Cardiac exams, including but not limited to proper manipulation of monitoring devices and competency manipulating both equipment and computer parameters. 7) Analyzes scan data throughout the course of the examination so that a comprehensive exam is completed and sufficient data is provided to the physician; along with any notes regarding complications that may have impacted quality of scan/images. 8) Triages care for general anesthesia (adult/pediatric) exams and provides education for care teams, ensures optimal parameters, equipment settings, contrast administration and post-processing of images. 9) Obtains images per protocols, manipulates images according to protocols, performs multi-planar and 3D reconstruction of image data, demonstrates a thorough knowledge of CT algorithms, and selects appropriate window and level setting according to anatomy. 10) Administers oral and rectal contrast to adult and pediatric patients according to protocols, establishes intravenous lines, administers IV contrast following safe and proper injection procedures, follows correct procedure to determine contrast eligibility, checks appropriate lab values before contrast injection per protocol Other Information Other information: Education Requirements: ● Completion of an accredited educational program in Radiological Science with an advanced registry in Computed Tomography.
