We're looking for a handson lowvoltage technician who wants to grow into the wireless infrastructure side of the industry. As a DAS Installer, you'll work on inbuilding wireless systems that improve cellular coverage for major carriers. If you've run Cat6, fiber, coax, or done rack builds, this role builds directly on those skills-just with RF equipment instead of switches and patch panels. What You'll Do • Install coax, Cat6, and fiber to support DAS headend and remote units, • Mount antennas, remotes, and passive components (splitters, couplers, taps), • Terminate and test coax (RF connectors, sweep testing exposure is a plus), • Label, route, and dress cable to LV industry standards, • Assist with headend buildouts including racks, power, and RF equipment, • Read floor plans and signal layouts to place antennas and pathways, • Perform site walks and document installs with photos and redlines, • Work with RF engineers and lead installers to ensure system performance, • Experience pulling and terminating Cat5/6, coax, or fiber, • Ability to work overhead, in ceilings, and in commercial construction environments, • Familiarity with pathways, Jhooks, cable trays, and conduit, • Understanding of signal flow from LV work (DAS uses similar concepts, just RF), • Strong documentation habits-labeling, asbuilts, and neat cable management, • Comfort using hand tools, power tools, testers, and toners, • Previous DAS installation experience (iBwave exposure is a plus), • Experience with Anritsu, EXFO, or similar test gear, • Knowledge of carrier standards (Verizon, AT&T, TMobile), • Medical, dental & vision, • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital, • 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available, • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents), • Short and long-term disability, • Health Spending Account (HSA), • Transportation benefits, • Employee Assistance Program We're partners in transformation.
