Position Overview: BIP US is seeking to grow its US consulting team and is looking for a Senior Consultant with at least 5-10 years of business analysis and business process management experience to join our BIP team in the Energy sector. This Senior consultant will lead business process improvement initiatives for our oil & gas and renewables clients, including assisting in the analysis and measurement of the effectiveness of existing business processes and the development of sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements at their wind and solar field site locations. This role requires strong change management experience and a sound understanding of field operations processes.
