We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong foundation in business transformation and change management to lead strategic initiatives within a financial services environment. This role will partner closely with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external advisors to drive enterprise change initiatives from concept through execution. The ideal candidate excels at navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes, operating models, and ways of working. This position is less focused on hands-on technical execution and more centered on leading organizational change, driving transformation outcomes, and enabling sustainable adoption across the business. Key Responsibilities • Partner with executive and senior leadership to define transformation goals, success metrics, scope, timelines, and budget expectations aligned to strategic priorities., • Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives, including operating model redesign, process optimization, and organizational change efforts., • Drive business process reengineering efforts by identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and implementing scalable solutions., • Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures., • Establish and maintain change governance frameworks, including stakeholder alignment, decision-making structures, and escalation paths., • Build and execute communication plans that clearly articulate the vision, impact, and progress of transformation initiatives across all levels of the organization., • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, influencing decision-making and ensuring alignment across business and functional teams., • Partner effectively with external consulting firms and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact transformation outcomes., • Develop and maintain detailed project and transformation roadmaps, outlining deliverables, dependencies, risks, and key milestones., • Lead cross-functional teams by setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and enabling collaboration across business units., • Monitor project progress, transformation milestones, and budgets; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies., • Manage scope changes through structured change control processes, assessing impacts on timeline, resources, and cost., • Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, workshops, and working sessions to ensure alignment and momentum., • Coordinate internal resources, technology teams, and external vendors to support successful delivery of transformation initiatives., • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives within a financial services environment., • Track and measure change adoption metrics, including stakeholder engagement, process adherence, and value realization., • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including transformation plans, status reports, stakeholder communications, and executive updates., • 4+ years of project management experience, with significant exposure to business transformation, change management, or strategic initiatives, • Experience within financial services, wealth management, or consulting strongly preferred, • Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and influence decision-making at senior levels, • Demonstrated experience leading operating model transformations and process improvement initiatives, • Strong understanding of change management frameworks, • Experience partnering with or working alongside top-tier consulting firms on large-scale initiatives, • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and navigate complex organizational dynamics, • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities, • Proficiency with project management tools and transformation tracking frameworks, • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field required, • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
