Licensed clinicians can earn $85,000+ in annual pay --- plus total compensation includes employer-sponsored health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and consultation, training, license repayment -- not found anywhere else in Omaha. Ask about our transparency sheet - we did the math on how our compensation structure outpaces 1099 contract work and even solo practice!, • Future Focused + Professional Growth: Access supervision, clinical consultation, and a clinical library. All staff are provided a path to training in brain-body modalities like EMDR, Brainspotting or other somatics based treatments., • Flexible Scheduling: Create a client-aligned schedule at hire to fit your lifestyle., • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy to clients in a supportive, multidisciplinary outpatient clinic., • Assess, diagnose, and treat clients with mental health needs, and join a team focused on great talk therapy techniques with added expertise in EMDR, Brainspotting, or somatics focused modalities., • Collaborate with the treatment team, maintaining timely clinical progress notes and records (with admin support to streamline documentation)., • Participate in supervision, consultation, staff meetings, and team-building events to learn, teach, and grow. The flexibility in scheduling, the openness to collaboration, and the consistent support at all levels make it a special place to do this work." - Brittany Two Elk, Staff Therapist Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field., • Valid Nebraska license: Provisional LMHP, LMHP, LIMHP, or LCSW (or actively applying)., • Desires a W2 employee atmosphere and intends to grow with the company, • Thrives in a high-trust collaborative, team-oriented setting with a passion for learning and growth., • Strong clinical expertise and commitment to life long learning and ethical care, • Excellent communication and documentation skills., • Self-responsible, with the ability to set a client-aligned schedule and seek support when needed., • Education: Master’s degree (required)., • License/Certification: P/LMHP, LMHP, LIMHP, or LCSW in Nebraska., • PLMHP: $50/hour or $65,000/annually, • LMHP/LIMHP: $65/hour - $90/Initial Diagnostic Interviews - $78,000-$85,000 annually Ready?
