We build caseloads around your availability, preferences, and commute range—while ensuring strong client-therapist matching and schedule stability., • Foundational Support with Room to Grow You’ll be supported through onboarding, shadowing, and client-specific training. We don’t rush you into sessions—we prepare you to do them well. Supervision exceeds BACB minimums, and your BCBA is an active, ongoing resource., • Clear Growth Pathways Our internal RBT ladder outlines clear expectations and milestones for advancement—from Behavior Technician to Clinical Trainer or BCBA-track roles. Core Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities • Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to assigned clients, following individualized treatment plans written by a BCBA., • Implement skill acquisition and behavior support strategies, as trained., • Accurately collect session data and complete documentation within 24 hours., • Collaborate with your BCBA on program fidelity, troubleshooting, and updates., • Attend scheduled team meetings, trainings, and clinical huddles (paid)., • Prepare session materials or program stimuli as needed., • Maintain timely communication with supervisors regarding availability, client needs, or support requests. Minimum Qualifications • Active RBT certification through the BACB (or eligibility to obtain certification upon hire)., • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred., • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills., • Reliable transportation to travel to assigned sessions across the DFW area.
