Full job description Prospect Park Animal Clinic is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Scheduling Appointments: Efficiently schedule and reschedule appointments using practice management software (Avimark), while accurately inputting patient information. Checking Clients In and Out: Streamline the check-in and check-out process, verifying appointments, processing payments, and addressing client concerns. Scanning of Medical Documents: Maintain organized digital records by scanning and cataloging important medical documents and records. Cleaning and Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times, ensuring a positive client experience. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred. Familiarity with Avimark or similar veterinary practice management software is a plus. Must have 1 year of experience working in the veterinary field Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing excellent care. Schedule: This position requires availability on Saturdays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. Job Description: As an Ice Cream Server/Cashier, you will be the face of AURELIA at various events, providing top-notch customer service and serving our delicious gelato and sorbet. This role includes setting up and breaking down event spaces, operating cash transactions, and maintaining cleanliness standards. - The events will be in various locations throughout NYC (Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens). - We have events every Saturday and Sunday, as well as other days on most weeks. Responsibilities: - Serve gelato and sorbet to event attendees. - Manage transactions and operate the cash register. - Assist in loading and unloading equipment from a van at event locations, with the help of other team members. All heavy equipment (over 50 lb) is on wheels and there is a ramp available for use. - Set up and break down the event booth. - Ensure the serving area remains clean and organized.
