Order office supplies and manage inventory levels. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of paperwork and orientation. Help maintain a clean and organized office environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred. Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a similar industry. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of compliance regulations in the armored transportation industry is a plus. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Deliver and pick up produce, frozen and dry food products to member agencies, suppliers, donors and other locations as assigned. • Assists in loading trailer with materials. • Unloads trailer by using forklift or hand truck. • Transports loads over required route to proper destinations. • Obtains shipping bills and necessary signatures. • Returns completed paperwork to the warehouse office. • Removes empty pallets from trailer truck and carries them to designated piling area. • Performs miscellaneous service duties such as checking oil, water, gasoline and air in tires on a daily basis. • Other work-related and warehouse duties as assigned by supervisor or manager • Reliable and regular attendance is expected. Supervise and train a team of mechanics and maintenance personnel. Assign work orders, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions as necessary. Conduct regular inspections of buses to identify any safety or maintenance concerns. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, inspections, and maintenance schedules. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in-vehicle systems. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training preferred. Proven experience (3-5 years) in maintenance management, preferably in a school bus or transportation setting.
