Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, overseeing subcontractors, and maintaining safety on the construction site. The Superintendent will also be responsible for coordinating with project managers and ensuring that timelines are being met. Qualifications • Experience managing on-site construction activities, • Excellent communication and leadership skills, • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications, • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations, • Experience with Microsoft Office and project management software, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • OSHA Certification and First Aid/CPR Certification is a plus
