About the Role We are looking to add a part-time Scheduler & Administrative Coordinator to our team. The Scheduler & Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in managing student and tutor schedules; finding the best tutor or coach for each of our students; communicating with tutors, clients, and our administrative team; research; and keeping systems running smoothly by supporting our leadership team. The Scheduler & Administrative Coordinator works closely with our Program Coordinator and our Tutoring Team Lead and acts as our team's primary scheduling support. While this is a primarily remote position, it requires being available in person in NYC a few days per quarter for meetings and team events.
