Job DescriptionCompany Description Fresh offers a hybrid working schedule with three fixed days in office, and two days remote. This role is based in our New York Office. MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE The General Manager, North America leads the fresh North America business with P&L ownership for fresh’s North America Market. Reporting to the CCO, the General Manager (GM), North America (NA), is responsible for developing Fresh and brand image across North America’s channels of wholesale, brick and mortar, fresh.com and e-retail for the US, Canada and Mexico. As a strategic member of the global commercial team, the General Manager, NA will lead the North America teams: Sales, Education, Planning, Marketing and Visual Merchandising, to execute global business strategy and tailor accordingly, while advocating for the North America market needs at the Global level. As a commercially driven leader and North America expert, the GM, NA will have the opportunity to nurture relationships with key retailers and leverage consumer and business insights within North America to make strategic business decisions for continued growth.
