What You'll Do You'll take ownership of fire protection design from concept through construction: Design & Engineering • Create complete sprinkler system designs (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, foam), • Perform hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, and pump analysis, • Produce shop drawings, construction documents, and as-builts, • Build and coordinate models in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM), • Ensure designs meet NFPA (13, 13R, 13D, 14, 20), IBC/IFC, and AHJ requirements, • Prepare submittals and respond to AHJ comments, • Select and specify:, • Sprinkler heads and system components, • Valves (OS&Y), backflow preventers, • Piping systems (CPVC, steel, grooved), • Design seismic bracing and supports (ASCE 7), • 3+ years of fire sprinkler design experience (commercial/industrial preferred), • Strong experience with:, • Hydraulic calculations and system sizing, • Fire protection software (AutoSPRINK, HydraCALC, SprinkCAD, etc.), • Proficiency in:, • AutoCAD, • Revit (BIM), • Working knowledge of:, • NFPA codes (13, 13R, 13D, 14, 20), • IBC / IFC, • Piping systems and installation practices, • NICET (Water-Based Systems Layout), • Experience with FM Global standards, • Work on technically challenging, diverse projects, • Gain exposure across multiple system types and industries, • Be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team If you're looking for a role where your work has real impact and visibility, we'd love to connect. • For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
