We are looking for a self-motivated and well-rounded IT Specialist who has 3+ years of experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or IT Services firm. This is a Tier II/Tier III role that sets you on a path to become a senior level network engineer. We are a service-based company, so the ideal candidate must have not only solid technical skills but also the ability to interface with clients, communicate in a clear, professional manner and provide them with impeccable service on the daily basis.
