We offer a friendly team-oriented work environment centered on efficient, compassionate patient care. We are looking for a candidate excited to provide compassionate and capable patient and clinician support for outpatient procedures and other needed care. Under the Supervision of the Nursing Supervisor and/or Nurse Manager, the RN provides nursing support to primary and subspecialty providers. This is demonstrated using the nursing process to work collaboratively with the health-care team in planning, directing, providing and evaluating patient care. The RN is defined within the department to provide patient care, triage, consultation and referral among team members. The Individualized Care Coordinator (ICC) is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of an individualized, community-based plan of social, emotional, and medical services for children and adolescents who have a serious emotional disturbance. The work focuses on preventing out of home placements, emergency room visits, and psychiatric hospitalizations. The Individualized Care Coordinator (ICC) is a planning and problem-solving position that in collaboration with the Department of Social Services overcomes obstacles faced by the client such as system rigidity, fragmented services, under-utilization of services and lack of accessibility to certain services and resources. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Direct and monitor associates responsible for building, grounds, sanitation, refrigeration systems, power industrial equipment, and security maintenance using tracking software and preventative maintenance schedules. It will require planning, recipe execution, and strict sanitation practices to avoid cross contamination and cross-contact. You must be able to facilitate the duties and responsibilities of creating, implementing, and maintaining the Service & Culinary needs of the assigned camp. You must be able to maintain clean and comfortable surroundings, in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring correct service timing, food quantity, and food quality are accurately provided for all meal periods and special requests. This position requires the ability to communicate with children, exchange students, front and back of house staff, directors, managers, counselors, leaders, specialists, and diners professionally and effectively.
