Job Description NEW WATERLOO is hiring for a SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER The Senior Marketing Manager will play an integral role in driving brand awareness, guest engagement, community connection, and revenue growth across New Waterloo's standalone portfolio, including Butler Pitch & Putt, Il Brutto, La Condesa, Sway, Mañana Coffee, and Trick Hat Workway. This role serves as the strategic marketing lead for the portfolio, overseeing integrated marketing initiatives across digital marketing, social media, email marketing, partnerships, public relations, events, activations, and brand development. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on executor, capable of balancing big-picture business objectives with day-to-day marketing execution. This individual will work closely with property leadership, operational teams, agency partners, and community stakeholders to develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive guest engagement, and generate measurable business results. The Senior Marketing Manager is a creative storyteller, collaborative partner, and revenue-focused marketer who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. They will champion the unique identity of each brand while ensuring marketing efforts remain thoughtful, innovative, data-driven, and aligned with the overall goals of the business. What you'll do: • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that align with brand positioning, business objectives, revenue goals, and community engagement initiatives across the portfolio., • Partner closely with operations and sales teams to develop promotions, programming, offers, events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives that drive occupancy, food and beverage revenue, ancillary revenue, guest engagement, and overall business performance., • Manage and execute digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, paid media, paid social, email marketing, website management, and online listings, ensuring all channels are optimized to drive qualified traffic, engagement, conversions, and return on investment., • Oversee content strategy across web, email, social media, and other marketing channels, ensuring all content is on-brand, compelling, and performance-driven while maintaining consistency across all guest touchpoints., • Create and manage content calendars and produce engaging content, including copywriting, photography, videography, social media content, and other creative assets that support business objectives and strengthen brand awareness., • Monitor social media trends, consumer behavior, industry developments, and emerging platforms to identify innovative opportunities that increase reach, engagement, brand relevance, and guest acquisition., • Analyze campaign performance and marketing effectiveness through defined KPIs, providing actionable reporting and strategic recommendations while continuously refining and optimizing programs based on results., • Ensure all websites, digital listings, promotions, event calendars, and online brand profiles remain current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards., • Lead the planning, promotion, coordination, and execution of events, activations, pop-ups, partnerships, and community initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, generate revenue, and strengthen relationships with guests and local communities., • Build and maintain strategic relationships with property teams, community partners, influencers, media contacts, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to support marketing objectives and business growth., • Partner with public relations agencies to provide strategic direction, support media opportunities, coordinate interviews, manage press requests, and ensure timely fulfillment of media and content needs., • Coordinate photography and videography projects from planning through execution, ensuring brand alignment, budget management, timely delivery, and high-quality creative output., • Serve as a steward of each brand by ensuring all creative assets, collateral, menus, signage, promotional materials, and guest-facing communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards., • Act as a strategic marketing partner to operational leaders by balancing long-term planning with hands-on execution, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and support evolving business needs., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and according to established goals, timelines, and expectations., • Maintain a strong understanding of marketing best practices, hospitality trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and business results., • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, standards, training materials, and operational expectations while performing additional duties and special projects as assigned.
