Assistant General Manager – High-Volume, Full-Service Restaurant Location: Indianapolis, IN A well-established, nationally recognized full-service restaurant brand is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support operations at one of its flagship Indianapolis locations. This concept is known for its from-scratch kitchen, strong bar program, and energetic dining atmosphere. The ideal candidate brings a balance of hands-on leadership, business acumen, and a genuine love for hospitality. What You’ll Do • Support day-to-day restaurant operations with a visible, hands-on floor presence, • Assist in driving sales, profitability, and cost controls (labor, food, beverage, and controllables), • Help hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team, • Foster a culture focused on hospitality, accountability, and teamwork, • Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, and brand expectations, • Assist in scheduling, inventory management, compliance, and overall operational systems, • 2–3+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar leadership role in a full-service, high-volume restaurant, • Strong financial acumen and experience supporting P&L management, • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams, • Experience with scratch kitchens and bar-driven environments preferred, • High standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service, • Competitive base salary of $75, • 15% performance-based bonus structure, • Comprehensive benefits package
