Essential Job Duties: · Drives a Company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner. · Physically loads Company truck at the branch and verifies the condition of the truck, the manifest and other paperwork associated with the deliveries to be made. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 75 lbs. occasionally. · Drives to the delivery destination, confirms order with customer, unloads and verifies product, obtains confirmation signature and payment from customer.

The forklift operator is responsible for moving materials around a warehouse using a forklift. Their duties include, but are not limited to: Loading and unloading: Moving pallets onto and off of trailers, and from storage areas to loading areas. Stacking: Stacking and unstacking goods onto pallets or shelves. Maintaining: Performing regular maintenance on the forklift and other tools, and inspecting for faults or damage. Our drivers are required to use tact and diplomacy in all situations dealing with our partners and other team members and leadership. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Deliver and pick up produce, frozen and dry food products to member agencies, suppliers, donors and other locations as assigned. • Assists in loading trailer with materials. • Unloads trailer by using forklift or hand truck. • Transports loads over required route to proper destinations. • Obtains shipping bills and necessary signatures. • Returns completed paperwork to the warehouse office. • Removes empty pallets from trailer truck and carries them to designated piling area. • Performs miscellaneous service duties such as checking oil, water, gasoline and air in tires on a daily basis. • Other work-related and warehouse duties as assigned by supervisor or manager • Reliable and regular attendance is expected.
