Job Description We’re urgently hiring Bilingual (English/Spanish) Packer & Production Workers for a fast-paced bakery facility in Escondido, CA. This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offers both day and night shifts, Monday through Saturday. You’ll rotate through multiple production areas such as Packing, Depositing, De-panning, Icing, and Cleaning, playing a key role in preparing and packaging high-quality baked goods. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to a variety of tasks.
