You’ll be:, • Monitoring key process control points during production operations to ensure food safety and quality, • Documenting and reporting any food safety or quality issues and assisting in determining corrective actions, • Performing process verification checks at critical control points according to the facility’s Food Safety and Quality Plans, • Verifying production environment conditions such as temperature and sanitizer concentrations, • Completing and maintaining records and documentation according to established protocols, • Adhering to programs such as HACCP, good manufacturing practices, foreign material control, plant sanitation, and product quality assurance, • Participating in evaluations of finished products and isolating non-conforming products as neededThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:, • 1+ years of Quality Assurance experience (or equivalent), • Possess basic knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and safety requirements, • Can read, write, and speak English proficiently for documentation and communication, • Have basic computer skills (e.g., email, Word, Excel), • Are able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs in varying temperatures (25°ree;F to 110°ree;F), • Are available for overtime and/or evening or weekend shifts as needed, • Demonstrate regular attendance and punctualityWhat happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
