Job Description Client Partnerships Director | North Las Vegas, NV Join a global experience design company as a Client Partnerships Director and play a key role in crafting unforgettable brand moments across events, exhibits, and digital experiences. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a strategic, client-driven professional who thrives on building long-term relationships and delivering innovative, results-driven solutions. Responsibilities • Manage and grow both new and existing client accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships, • Own the entire sales cycle—from discovery to proposal development and contract sign-off, • Partner with internal creative, operations, and production teams to deliver strategic solutions, • Qualify leads generated through inbound channels and personal outreach, • Develop and present customized proposals and scopes of work, • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in Salesforce, • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and key industry events Qualifications • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, • Proven record of exceeding sales targets and cultivating client relationships, • Background in experiential marketing, creative agency, tradeshows, or events preferred, • Strong communicator and confident relationship builder, • Skilled in proposal development, presentations, and financial strategy, • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is a plus, • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally Pay $115,000 per year Schedule 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Nexeo Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision, Limited Life, Short-Term Disability., • Refer a Friend Bonus | Other Financial Incentives (Bonuses)., • Weekly Pay | Direct Deposit | Rapid Pay Card., • Hassle-Free Job Search: A Nexeo Recruiter is always available to assist you.
