About the Role: We are seeking a Therapy Team Lead to help launch and grow our pediatric therapy services in Austin and surrounding areas. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role while still providing direct clinical care. In this role, you’ll help us build a strong therapy presence in a new area — assisting with outreach, growing caseloads, and eventually supervising additional team members like assistants and PRN therapists. You’ll be the go-to clinical leader in your region, playing a key role in our growth and patient care success.
