Description The Business Process Manager is a strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes across all supply chain functions. This role drives operational excellence through systems integration, KPI development, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration. The Business Process Manager will serve as a key liaison between supply chain operations, IT, finance, and accounting, ensuring scalable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions that support business growth and transformation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives across business units., • Design, implement, and manage process and systems enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs., • Develop and maintain process documentation (SOPs, SWIs, workflows) and training materials to support adoption and compliance., • Own the full lifecycle of process—from requirements gathering and design to implementation, rollout, training, and change management., • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and drive performance across the supply chain., • Act as a strategic liaison between supply chain, IT, finance, and accounting to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes., • Champion continuous improvement to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and enhance service levels., • Standardize processes across multiple business units to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance., • Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and support strategic initiatives., • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver process and system enhancements on time and within budget., • Drive a culture of operational excellence by fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation., • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or business process management roles., • Proven experience with WMS and ERP systems, especially NetSuite and Softeon., • Strong background in process design, optimization, and change management., • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives involving IT, finance, and operations., • Experience developing and tracking KPIs and performance metrics., • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives., • Strong analytical skills and business acumen to translate data into actionable insights., • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
