Job Description As a Regional Field Sales Manager, you will lead a Florida field sales team of seven reps while personally selling and growing a portfolio of souvenir and giftware products — postcards, magnets, keychains, mugs, snow globes, plush, and novelty items — sold through major retail chains and independent retailers in Florida tourist areas. This is a player-coach role that blends team leadership with direct selling. The territory covers the State of Florida, with established clusters in Orlando, Tampa, and Miami. This position offers a base salary of USD $90,000 – $110,000, plus an annual performance bonus, with other perks! The company employs approximately 130 people and is headquartered in Markham, Ontario, Canada, with Florida operations — warehouse, office, and showroom — run from Orlando, Florida. They are a wholesaler of souvenirs and giftware, distributing postcards, magnets, keychains, mugs, snow globes, plush, and novelty items to major retail chains and independent retailers across Canada and the United States. Notable accounts include Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Hudson, and Paradies. OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY • • Florida office: Orlando, Florida (warehouse, office, and showroom), • • Work arrangement: field-based — in the field with the reps daily, roughly one day per week (a few hours) at the Orlando office; administrative work otherwise done from home, • • Sales territory: State of Florida — established clusters in Orlando (hub), Tampa, and Miami, with a growth focus on the currently uncovered Jacksonville market, • • Hours: full-time, • • Overnight travel: approximately 10–20% EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • • Approximately 8–10 years of combined management and supervisory experience, with proven regional or territory sales leadership — ideally leading a field team of roughly 5–10 reps, • • Approximately 5+ years in a consumer-products environment, • • Industry background in retail or wholesale consumer products;
