Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Case Planner to join our team. In this role you will work towards timely permanency planning for children and youth in foster care. The FEF co-leads the Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Center project for Staten Island and works with the team's other FEFs and Resource and Referral Specialists (RRSs).
