Job Description OVERVIEW: The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Peer Accountability Council (PAC). S/he will be responsible for the PAC scheduling/calendars, coordinating services for students and parents, supporting students with the completion of sanctions and supporting the student reentry process. This position will facilitate Juror orientation, Restorative Sessions and Aftercare Workshops twice per month, coordinate and attend weekly meetings with staff at both locations in Greece and support reentry meetings for students. The PAC Coordinator will be required to attend all staff meetings, mandatory training and other agency-wide meetings as scheduled. The PAC Coordinator will be supervised by the Teen Court Program Director. Job Description OVERVIEW: The Chrysalis House Relief Counselor will monitor and provide support for residents in the event the On-Site Support Staff and/or Skill builders are unavailable for personal emergencies or scheduled vacation. Hours for this position are flexible and depend on the needs of the program. Overnight Relief Counselors will remain awake from 10pm-12am to help support residents during bedtime hours. Once the residents are asleep and their shift responsibilities are completed, they may go to sleep in the private space provided.
