What You’ll Do • Perform advanced mechanical assembly of components and sub‑assemblies with exceptional accuracy., • Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure correct assembly., • Diagnose and resolve complex assembly and product functionality issues., • Coach, mentor, and train junior assemblers on techniques, safety practices, and quality expectations., • Champion and uphold all safety, regulatory, and compliance standards., • Identify opportunities to improve assembly efficiency and reduce waste., • Collaborate with engineers and cross‑functional teams to solve design or manufacturing challenges., • Conduct final inspections and testing to verify products meet quality and performance requirements., • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts, materials, and components., • Assist in the setup, calibration, and operation of automated or semi‑automated assembly equipment., • Support and promote lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement processes.What You Bring, • Hands‑on experience working on an assembly line or within a manufacturing environment., • Strong mechanical assembly skills for both small and large components., • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and schematics with high accuracy and a low error rate., • Expertise in reading and understanding engineering drawings and complex technical documents., • Advanced troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities., • Solid understanding of quality control procedures and manufacturing best practices., • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively., • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality standards.Preferred Extras, • 2–5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles., • Leadership experience — training, mentoring, or supporting junior team members., • Competitive salary, • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, • 401(k) plan, • A clean, air‑conditioned, modern facility equipped with Industry 4.0 technology, • Electric charging stations onsite, • A Monday–Thursday schedule, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, • Occasional additional hours on Fridays and weekends, • A climate‑controlled manufacturing space designed for comfort and efficiency, • Physical activity including lifting up to 35 lbs, standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, and climbing portable ladders, • Required PPE and a strong focus on safety This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
