Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with early learning standards, • Create a structured classroom environment that promotes independence and learning, • Prepare children for kindergarten expectations (routine, behavior, academics), • Communicate effectively with parents about progress and goals, • Maintain compliance with licensing and educational standards Qualifications • Experience working with preschool or Pre-K children, • Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills, • Knowledge of kindergarten readiness standards, • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
