Position Overview: We are seeking a hardworking, experienced Chef with a strong background in seafood and Italian cuisine to take charge of kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role with a primary focus on cooking and prep, while also managing kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism.
