Support and QA

THE POSITION

We are looking for a part time QA and Support intern with or without experience.

Responsibilities:

• Writing, executing, and documenting test guides following the company’s processes.

• Executing Security tests following the company’s processes.

• Logging support tickets and interacting with customers to have all needed information.

• Reproducing issues following customers scenarios and doing a first level of investigation.

• Resolving support issues with simple complexity.

• Dispatching support tickets to project owners and technical leads and monitoring resolution.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows

• Knowledge of ticketing systems (JIRA etc.…)

• Confident with scripting

• Confident with Systems fundamentals and good understanding of databases

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Basic programming skills and Java knowledge is a plus

YOUR SKILLS

• Fluent English, both spoken and written as it is the language used in the company, is a must-have

• Good communication, clear and concise reporting

• Quality and detailed-oriented

• Fats-learner
