Responsibilities We are seeking a Business Unit Manager to build, develop, and lead a Business Unit, leveraging a strong business mindset and a true executive leadership approach. Business Unit Vision & Strategy • Define the positioning, offerings, and roadmap of the Business Unit, • Develop a credible and differentiated value proposition, • Identify market opportunities and drive strategic growth, • Develop and manage a portfolio of key enterprise clients, • Lead complex, high-value sales cycles, • Negotiate long-term, strategic contracts, • Recruit, structure, and develop high-performing teams, • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and high standards, • Own and manage the full P&L (revenue, margin, profitability, staffing), • Act as a true Business Unit leader, accountable for decisions and results, • Contribute to the group’s strategic direction (offerings, organization, growth), • Master’s degree (Engineering school, Business school, or equivalent), • Proven experience in business development, team management, or business unit leadership, • Strong business acumen and sense of ownership, • Natural leadership, strong professional credibility, and executive presence, • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (executives, procurement, program managers, technical experts), • A high-autonomy, high-impact environment, offering real freedom to take initiative within a structured framework, • A demanding performance-driven culture, with no internal politics, • Clear career progression paths: Business Unit Director, Branch Director, Partner, or executive roles, • We foster a strong performance culture, free from internal politics or influence games, • Clear career paths: Business Unit Director, Partner, executive roles, • You want to build a business, not just manage accounts, • You enjoy recruiting, leading teams, negotiating, and driving performance
