The Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take the reins of Boho Club’s marketing engine and help drive visibility, engagement, and performance across all channels. This is a hands on, high impact role for someone who loves both strategy and execution equally comfortable shaping the big picture and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen. You’re organised, digitally fluent, brand obsessed (in a good way), curious about AI, and confident juggling multiple channels while keeping everything beautifully on brand. Hospitality experience is a plus, but mindset, skill, and taste matter more. Digital & Content Direction • Lead and coordinate social media strategy and content across all Boho Club outlets, • Safeguard and elevate brand consistency across every digital touchpoint, • Optimise our websites for UX, conversion, SEO, and AI-driven discoverability, • Coordinate updates and improvements on WordPress, • Ensure content structure supports both human users and LLMs Paid Media & Partners • Coordinate with external agencies running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more, • Align paid campaigns with brand positioning and commercial objectives, • Track performance and actively contribute to optimisation discussions CRM & Email Marketing • Own and grow our CRM ecosystem (HubSpot), • Plan and execute newsletters and email campaigns, • Maintain clean data, smart segmentation, and meaningful performance tracking Reporting & Performance • Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs, • Deliver clear, insight driven reports that lead to better decisions, • Work closely with Sales & Marketing to turn data into action AI & Smarter Workflows • Use AI tools to boost creativity, speed, insight, and efficiency, • Continuously improve how marketing work gets done: faster, sharper, smarter Who You Are Solid experience in digital marketing Hands on skills with: • Social platforms, • Canva, • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ownership mindset: you care, you follow through, you deliver A natural feel for brand, aesthetics, and digital best practices Bonus points if you have: • Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands, • HubSpot / CRM experience, • SEO & content optimisation know-how, • Experience managing agencies and external partners, • Practical experience using AI in marketing workflows

Manage and validate algorithm syntax for platforms like DV360, Google Ads, SA360, and TTD. Enhance AI targeting & budget allocation and conduct real-time checks to ensure robust performance., • Reporting & Insights: Manage automated reporting tools and update trackers for adoption, efficiency, billing, and forecasting. Perform monthly performance reviews at critical campaign stages (e.g., 50% and 70% completion) and provide insights on benchmarks, edge cases, and efficiencies across brands and markets., • Collaboration and Communication: Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders, providing performance updates, progress reports, and addressing challenges. Collaborate closely with the Operations and Engagement teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution., • Continuous Evolution: This is a dynamic role requiring ongoing iteration and problem-solving. While core tasks will focus on digital and analytics, responsibilities will adapt as the project evolves, with an emphasis on innovation and improvement. Profile • Experience 2-3+ years of programmatic advertising experience, particularly with platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk.
