We are looking for an expert to work as bSenior Network Engineer! /b /ppbr/ppResponsabilities /pulliAdminister, monitor, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high performance, security, and availability. /liliDesign and implement scalable solutions using at least one hyperscaler platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including configuration of connectivity, load balancing (LB), network security groups (NSG), and DNS. /liliCollaborate with clients to assess network requirements, propose solutions, and execute projects that align with their business objectives. /liliDevelop and implement high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies to minimize downtime and data loss. /liliProvide expert-level troubleshooting and incident response for network-related issues, maintaining service level agreements and customer satisfaction. /liliDocument network configurations, processes, and best practices for internal and client use. /liliEngage directly with customers in English and Spanish, facilitating clear communication and exceptional service delivery. /liliParticipate as a proactive member of virtual, dynamic, and geographically dispersed teams, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and shared goals. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppWhat do you need to fulfill this job? /pulliMinimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in network administration within complex enterprise environments. /liliProven expertise in at least one hyperscaler technology: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). /liliStrong technical knowledge and practical experience with customer network infrastructures, high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions, connectivity, load balancing (LB), network security groups (NSG), and DNS. /liliDemonstrated customer-facing experience with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. /liliOutstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. /liliBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). /liliRelevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or cloud platform certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP) are highly desirable. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppAbout HCLTech: /ppbr/ppWe are HCLTech, one of the fastest-growing large tech companies in the world and home to 225,000+ people across 60 countries, supercharging progress through industry-leading capabilities centered around Digital, Engineering and Cloud.
