Buscamos un/a Guest Relations Manager para uno de nuestros restaurantes insignia en Marbella, con experiencia en atención al cliente de alto nivel, capaz de anticiparse a las necesidades de nuestros comensales y garantizar una experiencia inolvidable. Como Guest Relations Manager, serás la primera impresión del cliente y el nexo entre el equipo de hostess, cocina, sala y cliente. Tu misión será crear relaciones duraderas con nuestros clientes, personalizar su experiencia y gestionar cualquier aspecto relacionado con su satisfacción antes, durante y después de la visita.
