You'll define the architecture and functionalities of a whole Passenger Information System (PACIS and CCTV) in compliance with the different requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (supplier, engineering, validation), ensure the integration of the systems into the train and much more. You’ll specifically take care of performing system engineering activities for one or several functions from architecture to detailed specification. We’ll look to you for: • Deliver the subsystem documentation (Requirement Specification and Architecture Description RSAD, Technical Purchase Specification TPS, Interface Control Document ICD)., • Define and implement the functional, performance, transverse and train level requirements of the dedicated subsystem., • Integrate the subsystem into the train (mechanically and electrically)., • Define the Interface (mechanical and electrical) for the dedicated subsystem., • For its function, define Low voltage electrical schemes and SW requirements that fulfils the specified customer., • Verify of the subsystem (focus on train level) including design reviews., • Change and configuration management process for the subsystem on train level., • Control of changes after design changes including impact analysis., • Plan and follow up of all activities linked to the subsystem., • Provide support and inputs to sourcing, suppliers, electrical and mechanical engineers, RAMS engineers and validation team. Key Accountabilities Strategic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding • Design and lead a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business needs., • Oversee recruitment processes within your scope, • Ensure governance and alignment with RPO., • Drive the development and rollout of the new Internship Program., • Build long-term partnerships with universities and business schools to strengthen our talent pipeline., • Lead employer branding initiatives across digital and offline channels, including job fairs and educational outreach. Employee Experience: Onboarding & Offboarding • Own and continuously improve onboarding experiences, including Welcome Days and integration sessions., • Ensure onboarding processes are scalable, consistent, and aligned with our culture and values., • Maintain and evolve employee manuals and internal platforms to support a seamless employee journey People Data Quality • Supervise temporary contract management and coordinate with external providers., • Act as superuser for internal tools (e.g., working time systems), ensuring data accuracy and user support., • Maintain and update People KPIs dashboards and job descriptions, ensuring readiness for audits and quality reviews., • Lead initiatives to strengthen people’s processes in line with compliance and quality standards. People Function Projects & Strategic Initiatives • Collaborate on cross-functional People projects., • Coordinate CSR and wellbeing initiatives in partnership with the global team, embedding them into the employee experience Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position • Solid experience in a People Partner or HR Generalist role, ideally in multinational settings (3-6 years), • Proven ability to design from scratch and implement people programs across the full employee lifecycle and Employer Branding., • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to tailor HR initiatives to business needs and collaborating effectively across departments., • A proactive, organized approach with attention to detail and a collaborative spirit., • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)., • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field. A Master’s in HR or relevant certification is a plus.
