Funciones Entre las principales funciones del puesto se incluyen: - Coordinación del equipo técnico (agentes de salud y/o agentes de punto lila). - Organización y supervisión del servicio durante los eventos. - Coordinación con servicios municipales (igualdad, juventud, seguridad, etc. - Apoyo en la atención y acompañamiento ante posibles situaciones de violencia. - Supervisión del cumplimiento de protocolos y calidad del servicio. - Elaboración de informes tras cada actuación. Requisitos - Formación acreditada en igualdad de género, salud comunitaria y prevención de violencias machistas y LGTBI-fóbicas. - Experiencia en puntos lila, agentes de salud, dinamización de espacios públicos y trabajo comunitario. - Capacidad demostrable de intervención y mediación en entornos de ocio multitudinarios. - Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y adaptación a entornos de eventos. - Disponibilidad en horario de tarde-noche.
