Omega CRM Consulting is looking for an AI & Automation Business Analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies. The AI & Automation Business Analyst supports the identification, qualification, design, and delivery of AI and automation initiatives in Human Pharma Services. The service focuses on business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and practical understanding of digital solutions This service connects business teams, champions, the delivery squad, and IT partners, ensuring that use cases are well-defined, feasible, and ready for implementation. It also strengthens internal ways of working and supports the structured growth of the squad and the AI & Automation Champions Community . Business Analysis for AI & Automation Responsibiliti es • Identify and structure AI and automation opportunities with stakeholde rs.• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process documentati on.• Support qualification and prioritization based on value, feasibility, and scalabili ty.• Clarify ambiguous requests and turn ideas into actionable use cas es.Process Discovery & Optimization Responsibilit ies• Analyse workflows, pain points, and dependenci es.• Define “as-is” and “to-be” processes, ensuring simplification before automati on.• Document business rules, exceptions, and operational impac ts.Internal Ways of Working (Squad, IAS / IAD) Responsibilit ies• Support definition and improvement of delivery processes across the squ ad.• Help structure the flow from intake to delivery and suppo rt.• Clarify roles, responsibilities, and collaboration mode ls.• Ensure consistent tracking, documentation, and visibility of use cas es.Delivery Support & Translation Responsibilit ies• Translate business needs into clear inputs for technical tea ms.• Support backlog management, user story refinement, and testing preparati on.• Align scope, risks, dependencies, and data requiremen ts.• Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholde rs.Support to Champions Community Responsibilit ies• Help shape ideas into structured, valuable opportuniti es.• Guide feasibility, scalability, and prioritizati on.• Improve communication and alignment between champions and the squ ad.• Support adoption by clarifying scope, value, and rollout nee ds.Documentation, Governance & Adoption Responsibilit ies• Produce structured documentation (requirements, process maps, testing scenario s).• Ensure consistent governance and transparen cy.• Support validation, UAT, and adoption planning (training, communication, readines s).• Reinforce responsible and scalable use of AI and automati on. Required Competen cies Business Analysis & Del ivery• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder manage ment.• Ability to move from ambiguous ideas to structured, delivery-ready in puts.• Experience in digital, AI, automation, or low-code environm ents.• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and tools such as Jira.AI & Automation Understa nding• Knowledge of AI and automation use cases and their applicabi lity.• Familiarity with platforms like Power Platform, RPA, or Copilot Studio is a plus.• Ability to collaborate with technical teams (data, APIs, integrati ons).• Understanding of governance and regulated environm ents.Ways of Wo rking• Structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented min dset.• Comfortable working in evolving environm ents.• Strong ownership and ability to drive clarity and align ment.Soft S kills• Clear communication across business and technical audie nces.• Strong stakeholder management and facilita tion.• Ability to challenge constructively and simplify comple xity.• Collaborative, pragmatic, and solution-focused appr oach.
