Job Description
Reporting to the F&B Manager, responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of Bar Team in charge, ensuring the smooth running of the profitable bar operation.
Inspire and lead our bar team to deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations, ensuring each guest enjoys a unique and memorable experience.
Mentor and cultivate the skills of our bar team, fostering their growth in both mixology expertise and the art of impeccable customer service.
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve collective goals of revenue growth and sustained profitability.
Ensure smooth operations and a motivated team ready for success by assisting with schedules, sales incentives, training, and additional outlet responsibilities.
Continuously evaluate and improve the bar's offerings, including menu items, promotions, and events.
Creating and promoting bar menus to boost revenues.
Ensuring bar is well-stocked, clean and all equipment is running. Qualifications
Proven track record of excellence in a Bar Manager or similar leadership role within the luxury brand
Proficient in English and Spanish
Strong leadership and problem solving skills, outgoing personality, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced.
Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Passion in creating innovative and visually appealing cocktails, as well as a deep understanding of mixology, ingredients, and techniques.
