We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications and Content Specialist to lead the creation of relevant and engaging materials, consistent with the organization's global narrative and brand. This pivotal position is responsible for developing and executing targeted communication programs, tactics, and channels that engage, inform, and support business priorities. You will be responsible for producing compelling, visually engaging, and timely content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy, brand, and values. Furthermore, you will manage and optimize the mix of internal and external communication channels to maximize reach and engagement with target audiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead content creation, producing relevant and engaging materials consistent with the organization's global narrative and brand. Develop and execute targeted communication programs, tactics, and channels that engage, inform, and support business priorities. Proactively develop and update content on internal and external channels (intranet articles, digital signage, emails, press releases, social media posts, announcements, presentations, talking points, Q&A, newsletters, or scripts), creating compelling, visually engaging, and timely content, aligned with the company's corporate business strategy, brand and values. Manage and elevate the organization's mix of channels (including digital and social, internally and externally) to reach and engage targeted audiences, identifying and implementing new approaches, technologies, and innovations that optimize channel performance and effectiveness. Develop and deliver regular reports showcasing team achievements and key metrics, leveraging modern tools and AI opportunities to automate and enhance reporting processes. Build relationships with internal business units and functions, as well as with the internal communicator network, and help facilitate message alignment across different regions and throughout the company. Manage the region's content and events editorial calendar, ensuring its accuracy and timeliness to support effective planning and execution. Perform other duties as assigned. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure. Qualifications & Experience: Proficiency in English (spoken and written - C1) with proven reporting/storytelling ability. Ability to write and design clear, concise, and engaging content, tailored to different audiences and formats. Ability to synthesize and transform complex topics into easy-to-understand content and storylines. Excellent writing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style. Experience in creating digital content, videos, newsletters, and presentations, as well as managing intranets, websites, and social media. Experience developing and implementing internal communication campaigns. Proficient with standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite: Word, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams) and on the use of software tools for editing (photo/video/text). Strong research skills to gather information from reliable sources. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ work experience in corporate communications required.
