Ready to be part of something exciting? /p h3What are we looking for now? /h3 pA hands‑on, results‑driven AI Transformation Lead to turn AI from buzz‑word into measurable business output. Someone equally comfortable mapping a messy workflow on a whiteboard, building a working proof‑of‑concept with the latest LLM tooling, and presenting ROI numbers to senior leadership. We're not looking for a pure strategist or a pure builder; we want someone who can do both: identify where AI creates the highest leverage across our business, ship real use cases end‑to‑end, and drive adoption so teams actually use what gets built. AI is moving fast and so are we. You'll have the autonomy, the budget, and the executive backing to make AI a genuine source of competitive advantage across Valsea. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liOwn the AI roadmap end‑to‑end; make build, buy, and prioritisation calls based on ROI, technical feasibility, and business impact. /li liMap current workflows across the business (operations, customer support, marketing, finance, product, engineering) to identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and high‑leverage opportunities for AI. /li liShip real AI use cases end‑to‑end; from problem framing and prototype through to production deployment, monitoring, and iteration. /li liDrive adoption across teams through hands‑on workshops, training, documentation, and embedded support; make sure tools actually get used, not just delivered. /li liMeasure impact rigorously: establish baselines, define KPIs (time saved, cost reduced, quality improved), and report results back to leadership and the teams themselves. /li liEstablish governance foundations; usage policies, data handling rules, model evaluation, security guardrails, and vendor management without slowing the business down. /li liContinuously evaluate the AI landscape (models, agents, automation platforms, copilots) and translate it into pragmatic recommendations for Valsea. /li liPartner with engineering, product, and functional leaders to embed AI inside the systems people already use, rather than bolting on yet another tool. /li liBuild business cases and ROI models that justify investment and clearly communicate what's working, what's not, and what to do next. /li liShare knowledge across the company and help raise the AI literacy of the whole organisation. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in transformation, product, consulting, operations, or AI‑focused roles, with at least 2 years actively shipping AI or automation solutions in a business setting. /li liStrong working knowledge of the current AI landscape: LLMs, generative AI, RAG, agents, AI workflow and automation platforms, and the trade‑offs between them. /li liHands‑on capability; you don't need to be a senior engineer, but you can build a working prototype, design and iterate prompts and run a meaningful evaluation. /li liProcess and workflow design: you can sit with a team, map how work actually happens, spot the bottlenecks, and redesign the process around AI rather than sprinkling it on top. /li liA ROI mindset: you think in baselines, business outcomes, and measurable impact; not demos and pilot decks. /li liChange management instincts: you know that adoption is harder than building, and you have the patience and communication skills to bring people along. /li liStakeholder management across levels; comfortable presenting to executives, running workshops with operators, and pairing with engineers in the same week. /li liA strong communicator who can translate AI concepts for non‑technical audiences and business needs for technical ones. /li liComfortable with ambiguity: when requirements are unclear, you ask the right questions, align with stakeholders, and find a way forward. /li liOrganised and proactive: you take ownership and keep things moving. /li liProficiency in professional‑level English communication, both written and verbal. /li /ul h3What We Would Like To See /h3 pPlease note, these aren't requirements, just things we think would be particularly valuable. If anything or everything here doesn't apply to you, please don't let that put you off applying. /p ul liExperience in iGaming, fintech, e‑commerce, or other regulated, high‑volume consumer industries. /li liFamiliarity with AI orchestration and automation tooling such as n8n, Zapier, Make, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar. /li liExposure to MLOps / LLMOps concepts: evaluation pipelines, observability, prompt versioning, and cost monitoring. /li liWorking knowledge of data platforms (warehouses, event streams, BI tools) and how AI fits into them. /li liAwareness of the EU AI Act, GDPR, and emerging AI governance and compliance frameworks. /li liTrack record of standing up an AI function or capability inside an organisation from zero. /li /ul h3What Success Looks Like In Your First 6 Months /h3 ul liA clear workflow map of the highest‑leverage areas of the business. /li liA prioritised AI roadmap with build/buy decisions and ROI estimates. /li liHigh‑volume, repetitive tasks automated and running in production. /li liAt least one measurable, high‑impact AI use case delivered end‑to‑end. /li liTeams across the business using AI tooling weekly as part of their normal workflow. /li liBaseline metrics and a reporting cadence in place to track AI impact over time. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liHybrid working model or fully remote /li liInnovative international company that uses cutting‑edge tech equipment /li liCollaborative teams and agile multicultural environment /li liCompetitive salary with flexible working hours /li li23 paid vacation days + public holidays /li liPrivate health insurance for you and your family /li liFree Online English/Spanish lessons /li liCorporate events throughout the year /li liOngoing learning and professional development opportunities /li /ul h3In‑office Perks Such As /h3 ul liDaily breakfast and freshly cooked lunch 3 days a week /li li50% discount on personal training sessions and physiotherapy sessions /li liGames room, full kitchen with hot drinks, fruit, soft drinks /li liGym, massage room and much more /li /ul pAt Valsea, we want diversity and inclusion in an environment where unique perspectives and new talents thrive.
