Role Mission We are looking for a specialist to lead the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in real estate marketing, integrating generative AI, automation, and advanced analytics to drive lead generation, conversion, and brand positioning. This role will be key in the evolution of marketing from traditional SEO/SEM and Paid Media towards a hybrid model that includes GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): improving brand and property visibility and recommendation in AI-powered search engines and assistants (e.g., AI search experiences, chatbots, copilots), alongside traditional channels. Key Responsibilities 1) AI Strategy and Growth Design and implement AI-driven marketing strategies for resale, rentals, and new developments, aligned with commercial objectives. Define hypotheses, tests, and experimentation frameworks (A/B, multivariate) to improve CAC, CPL, CVR, and ROI. Build an AI marketing playbook: processes, tools, quality standards, and content governance. Demonstrate strong strategic mindset and results orientation. Combine creativity with analytical thinking. Show high learning agility and adaptability to new technologies. Work autonomously and proactively. Communicate effectively and collaborate within cross-functional teams. 2. AI-Powered Content Operations (Content Ops) & Brand Leverage generative AI to create, scale, and optimize content while maintaining a premium tone and brand consistency: Property descriptions (multilingual when applicable) Website, blog, landing pages, and buying/investment guides Social media content Paid campaign assets, 3. GEO: Positioning in the New AI-Powered Search Optimize presence in AI search and assistant platforms through: Intent-driven, question-based, comparative, and decision-focused content Semantic structure, entities, topic clusters, and topical authority Structured data (schema), internal linking, and E-E-A-T applied to real estate “Answer-ready” content formats designed to be cited and recommended by AI models Monitoring brand presence in generative results and continuously adjusting strategy Technical Requirements Proven experience applying AI to digital marketing and/or content operations (Content Ops). Strong command of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) and ability to build scalable, reproducible workflows. Solid knowledge of: Digital marketing and funnel management SEO + GEO (AI search optimization) and content strategy Paid Media (Google/Meta): structure, optimization, and performance measurement Fluent Spanish and English Key Competencies Strategic mindset with strong results orientation Creativity combined with analytical thinking High learning agility and adaptability Autonomy and proactivity Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in real estate or proptech companies Portfolio or proven success cases related to AI and marketing Benefits Full-time permanent contract.
