On behalf of our client a pan African Bank, we are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager: Multinationals & Financial Institutions (“Senior RM”) reports to General Manager. The Senior RM will lead and grow the bank's Paris business proposition through strategic relationship management. This person will be well connected to Financial Institutions and Multinationals. The Senior RM contributes to high level strategic discussions, possesses a deep understanding of the industry and exercises a strong sense of direction. He champs the growth agenda for the business and is a main pillar of support to the achievement of the bank's Paris strategy. The Senior RM initiates, formulates, agrees, and implements business strategies to grow business for the bank's Paris Branch and delivers prescribed levels of customer satisfaction as well as achieving agreed financial targets and non-financial objectives. Key tasks and duties: • Manage all activities related to Multinationals and Financial Institutions businesses including business development, marketing, personnel and administrative affairs,, • Report to the General Manager and Deputy General Manager,, • Build and foster client relationships,, • Build the asset sales product and put in the necessary procedures in line with market best practice,, • The planning and execution of the bank’s strategy to achieve financial and non-financial targets and objectives both as the Head of the department and EXCO member,, • Maintain a high level of regulatory compliance and risk management,, • Develop proper Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customers procedures for banks which have relationships with the business and benchmark it with international best practice,, • Comply with the ACPR Individual Conduct Rules, as outlined below. Expérience, skills and qualifications required : The Senior RM must have the following qualifications and experience: • 5-10 years of banking experience,, • Good relationship management skills,, • Knowledge of credit and capital market instruments, syndication and documentation,, • Excellent communication and negotiation skills,, • Result oriented, proactive and self-starter,, • Strong leadership skills and ability to build teams and businesses.
