Saft's ESS division strengthens the company's ability to serve the global energy storage market and support the transition to renewable energy. The ESS global sourcing director definesthe ESS sourcing strategy and monitor its performance in terms of spend savings and global suppliers performances. For this he coordinates the whole ESS purchasing community. In cooperation with the ESS Global Supply Chain Director, he defines all the purchasing processes and ensures they are properly known and followed Your missions : • Develop and track purchasing KPIs, hard savings, soft savings / cost avoidance, raw material indexation management, Inflation mitigation, supplier productivity, • Collaborate with Finance to validate and secure savings in the P&L.+A31:I35 -Cost standardization and volume bundling. • Build and manage a robust portfolio of strategic suppliers and Implement a comprehensive risk management framework, • For the critical suppliers (modules, PCS, transformers, ...): • Negotiate and manage Frame agreements and Long-term agreements (LTA), • Establish structured supplier governance -Commodity buyers -Project buyers -Production/operational buyers Your profile : -Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or engineering's school -Minimum of fifteen years Purchasing (or) Procurement related experience in a manufacturing environment.
