To meet this challenge, we are creating a Business Developer position covering Northern and Eastern Europe. Mission Do you enjoy winning new business, opening doors, and turning opportunities into success? This role is for you. Within a human‑sized team, and in close collaboration with the EMEA Sales Manager, you will: • Identify and qualify new opportunities across Europe (excluding France), • Convince prospects and distributors by demonstrating the value of our solutions, • Negotiate and close strategic contracts, • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing partners, • Represent Dickson at events (trade shows, webinars, etc.) Profile We’re not just looking for a résumé, we’re looking for a personality. Fluent English (both written and spoken) is essential for interacting with our clients and partners. Mastery of a third language is a significant asset. Experience in B2B with a long sales cycle is appreciated, but your motivation and energy will be our primary criteria.
