We are hiring for our client who is working in healthcare domain for over 30 years. Headquartered in Germany but they are globally present everywhere in Europe. As a Team Lead, you'll be instrumental in fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, ensuring the team's success in delivering high-quality software solutions. You'll work closely with your team, product owners, and other stakeholders to drive the development of our flagship product and contribute to a meaningful field with significant demand for expertise. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a combined team of seven .NET System Developers and four Quality Assurance Testers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and agile development and testing environment. Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight for the development of companies Journal, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Drive the entire software development lifecycle, from design and architectural planning to implementation, testing, and deployment of existing and new functionalities. Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure efficient workflow within both development and testing streams. Collaborate closely with product owners and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions that meet user needs. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation within the development and testing pipeline. Contribute hands-on to development tasks when necessary, demonstrating expertise in .NET (C#) and Microsoft technologies. Oversee and guide the testing strategy and execution, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high-quality software releases. Support the professional growth of all team members through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing. Ensure the team's adherence to project deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications: Education at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in computer engineering, information technology, or similar. Extensive experience may replace the educational requirement. Proven experience as a System Developer with strong competence in .NET (C#) and Microsoft technology. Demonstrated leadership experience in a software development team, ideally with experience leading both developers and testers. Solid understanding and practical experience with agile development methodologies. Experience and competence in using Jira, Confluence, Git, and Bamboo is highly favorable. Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in French is required, as the role involves collaboration with local clients and team members. What can we offer you?
