Our systems power complex operations around the world — managing bookings, point of sale, customer journeys, accounting and operations in a single platform. We build the Ferrari that allows our customers to win their race. Our team is small, highly efficient and focused on delivering real value to our clients. We are now looking for a Project & Customer Success Manager to help our customers successfully deploy and operate the TUNN3L platform. Mission Your mission is to ensure that our customers successfully implement TUNN3L and become fully autonomous with the system. You will guide new clients through onboarding, support them in their daily operations, and help them extract the full value of the platform. You will also act as a key bridge between customers and product development, ensuring that real operational feedback continuously improves the product. Key Outcomes Success in this role means: • New clients fully operational within 30 days, • Customer questions answered within one business day, • Clients actively using all core ERP modules and features, • Customers informed about important new product capabilities, • Clear operational feedback regularly reported to the Product Owner Your work will include: • Running onboarding calls with new customers, • Guiding clients through ERP configuration and setup, • Training customer teams to operate the system effectively, • Answering daily operational questions, • Monitoring how customers use the platform, • Identifying misuse, inefficiencies or improvement opportunities, • Escalating bugs or technical issues to the development team We are looking for someone who combines customer success experience with strong operational thinking. Ideal background: • Experience in SaaS / ERP customer success or onboarding, • At least 2 years of professional experience Education background does not matter — we care about competence and mindset.
