Onsite Helpdesk Field Engineer (Freelance / On-Demand/Fractional Consulting) Responsibilities • Provide on-site technical support for IT infrastructure as and when tickets are raised., • Perform hardware installation, replacement, upgrades, and routine maintenance., • Handle cabling tasks including installation, termination, labeling, and testing., • Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and hardware issues., • Coordinate with remote support teams for diagnostics, guidance, and task execution., • Strong technical knowledge of hardware, networking, cabling, and data center environments., • Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately., • Good communication and documentation skills., • Manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise technical and cabling tasks., • Flexibility to work in various environments and availability to respond to tickets on an as-needed basis. Note: This is a freelance/on-demand position, ideal for engineers who can be available for ad-hoc assignments depending on ticket requirements for a certain number of hours per month depending on incoming tickets raised by client.
