📍 Evry / Issy-les-Moulineaux – up to 3 remote days ⏳ Freelance – Long-term mission 🏢 Client: Accor 🌍 International, complex & multi-team environment 🎯 Global objective Support the MEET (Meetings & Events Ecosystem Transformation) program by ensuring transversal coordination across teams and end-to-end quality of journeys and deliveries, in order to guarantee the consistency, reliability, and performance of Accor’s new Meetings & Events digital ecosystem. This mission plays a key role in securing end-to-end quality and delivery coherence in a fast-paced, international context. ⚠️ Project constraints • Highly complex and transversal environment, • Multiple product and technical teams, • Strong inter-system dependencies, • Sustained delivery pace, • High end-to-end quality and production release stakes, • International scope 🧭 The role As End-to-End Delivery & Quality Lead, you act as the transversal referent for the MEET program. You do not own a single product or backlog. Your responsibility is cross-teams, cross-backlogs, and end-to-end journeys, ensuring that every evolution works properly across systems. You secure: • visibility on transversal impacts, • dependency management, • end-to-end functional quality, • safe and consistent releases 💼 Key responsibilities 🔗 Transversal delivery & dependency management • Identify cross-team and cross-backlog impacts (features, bug fixes, releases), • Map dependencies across teams, backlogs, components, systems, and partners, • Ensure all impacted backlogs are properly updated (user stories, tasks, bugs), • Coordinate priorities with Product Owners, Product Managers, Tech Leads, and QA, • Track transversal actions until full resolution 🧪 End-to-end quality & testing • Define and drive the MEET end-to-end testing strategy, • Organize and lead E2E test campaigns:, • customer journeys, • hotel journeys, • distribution and integration flows, • Ensure functional consistency across all MEET components, • Identify breakpoints and coordinate fixes with relevant teams, • Contribute to securing releases and go-lives 🤝 Governance & coordination • Facilitate dedicated transversal rituals (e.g. cross-impact syncs), • Centralize visibility on transversal topics and quality risks, • Enable smooth communication between Product, Tech, QA, team leads, and partners, • Act as a clear point of contact for transversal MEET topics 🔄 Continuous improvement • Identify recurring pain points related to dependencies and quality, • Propose improvements in processes, rituals, tooling, and ways of working, • Contribute to increasing transversal delivery and quality maturity within MEET 📦 Expected deliverables • Dependency and transversal impact mapping (teams, backlogs, components, systems), • Transversal tracking dashboard (topics, quality risks, action plans), • End-to-end test plan, • E2E test campaign reports (customer, hotel, integration journeys) 🧠 Required skills & experience Core skills (mandatory) • Transversal coordination – Expert, • Dependency management – Expert, • Agile / SAFe methodologies – Confirmed, • Experience in complex, multi-team, multi-system environments Technical & functional • End-to-end testing & API testing (Postman) – Confirmed, • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Postman, • Knowledge of digital distribution systems (CRS, PMS, RMS, CRM, Data, APIs…) Languages • French: fluent (mandatory), • English: fluent (mandatory) 🚫 This mission is NOT for you if: • you are looking for a classic Product Owner role, • you want to own a single backlog or squad, • you prefer short-term or purely tactical assignments
