French Side Travel is a family-owned luxury Destination Management Company (DMC) specializing in tailor-made journeys throughout France, including Corsica. We create bespoke experiences for an international clientele and travel advisors seeking to discover the very best of France and the French Art de Vivre. The role As a Travel Designer, you will design and coordinate tailor-made journeys for Groups and Special Projects, working with both travel advisors (B2B) and direct clients (B2C). From the initial enquiry to the confirmation of each journey, you will analyse client needs, create personalized proposals and develop detailed itineraries in collaboration with our trusted partners across France. You will manage the sales process, from preparing quotations and following up on opportunities to driving projects through to confirmation. Working closely with our internal teams, you will ensure each journey reflects the quality standards and values of French Side Travel. Key responsibilities • Design tailor-made travel itineraries for Groups and Special Projects., • Prepare quotations and coordinate services with our network of trusted partners., • Build strong relationships with travel advisors and local suppliers., • Ensure smooth project follow-up from initial enquiry to booking confirmation. What we're looking for • Previous experience in luxury travel, destination management, hospitality or a similar environment., • Experience in B2B sales or working with travel advisors is highly valued., • Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish and/or Portuguese would be an asset., • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., • Excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus and a proactive approach., • Good knowledge of France, its destinations and its tourism offering., • Comfortable working with budgets and commercial objectives. What we offer • Salary: €28,000–€31,000 gross per year, depending on experience, plus two performance-based bonuses per year., • 1 remote working day per week after the probation period, with the possibility of a second day depending on management approval., • Meal vouchers: €11.10 per working day, 50% covered by the company., • Health insurance: 60% covered by the company.
