Position Summary We’re seeking a Enterprise Sales Manager to expand our presence in France. This is a high‑impact, high‑autonomy role for accomplished cybersecurity sales professionals with deep regional networks and a proven record of selling high‑value MDR, advisory, and advanced security services to CISOs and executive leaders. You’ll own your region, build your territory strategically, and shape how we grow, not just participate in it. Responsibilities • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive new business across upper mid‑market and enterprise accounts, while shaping long‑term account strategies for existing clients., • Build, maintain, and expand trusted executive relationships, establishing Kudelski Security as a long‑term strategic partner across complex customer environments., • Identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities by understanding customer needs, contractual agreements, and the legal and financial implications of proposed solutions., • Deliver compelling, consultative presentations that clearly articulate Kudelski’s differentiated MDR, advisory, and advanced security value propositions., • Navigate customer organizations effectively, identifying key stakeholders, securing commitments, and negotiating favorable terms that support long‑term success., • Collaborate closely with internal architects, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution design, smooth onboarding, and sustain client satisfaction., • Demonstrate strong acumen, including the ability to assess financial metrics, manage contract changes, and make informed decisions that drive profitable growth., • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics, using market intelligence to position Kudelski Security effectively and guide customer strategy., • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy, leveraging CRM and sales technologies to ensure transparency and predictable business performance., • Communicate with clarity and impact, both verbally and in writing, while embodying Kudelski Security’s culture of trust, accountability, and excellence. Your key qualities and skills • 7+ years of direct sales experience in cybersecurity with a strong track record of exceeding 5 million-plus EURO quotas., • Experience selling professional cybersecurity services (e.g. penetration testing, compliance, IR), MDR/XDR solutions, and reselling top technologies to enterprise clients., • Proven ability to engage and influence CISOs and senior decision-makers., • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Miller Heiman., • A consultative, strategic mindset with a passion for solving complex business problems., • Self-starter mentality with the drive to build a region from the ground up., • Native in German, Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
